A NEW POST OFFICE COUNTER IN PALILULA MUNICIPAL BUILDING

Another new postal unit is opened in Palilula Municipality located in Municipal Service Center in `Branka Radicevica` street, no 1. In this way, according to the words of PhD Igor Novakovic, president of Palilula Municipality, this all will improve the work of the services and make faster the services that this postal unit provides to the citizens. Miroslav Janojlic, director of Post traffic Nis –Public Service PTT Serbia, emphasized on this occasion the good cooperation with the authorities of the Municipality and announced new projects aiming at the improvement of the services for Palilula citizens. Milan Djurdjevic, president of Palilula Municipal Assembly was also present at this event.

Working hours of postal unit in Palilula Municipality with clients on working day are from 7 30 to 14 30 and the number of the users of services on month level is about 5000 citizens. In the work of Palilula Municipality the quality system of management was established in accordance with the demands of the standard ISO 9001:2008. With this activity Palilula Municipality is on the world referent list of local self governments that with their work fulfills demands of this quality standard, and this is the first of all it is the complete satisfaction of users` services –citizens and all the employed. In our service center that is situated in very small space, we allow the citizens various services from the authorizations of the government. More than 15 000 citizens monthly are the users of the center –emphasizes Novakovic. We are working on the problem that in Delijski Vis we could also provide the adequate space for one more postal unit.

Palilula Municipality established also integral informational system INFO 48 that, with providing information on the demand of the citizens, unifies the work of Municipal service of Palilula Municipality and the work of all public enterprises of the City in solving of the problems from Palilula Municipal territory.
